TB: Before, During, and After ... A Day of Glorious Work

Tomorrow begins yet another glorious work week. So I thought why not share with you a few songs that give a decent account of how I feel about my beloved job.  And, here we go...

BEFORE WORK:

"War" by Edwin Starr (1969) -- this song reflects my feelings while on the road heading to the venue. It also helps me prepare for a 'war of complete and utter boredom' -- see below clip.

DURING WORK:

Movie: Independence Day. Scene: Release Me -- I am the doctor in the scene, being choked by complete and utter boredom.

AFTER WORK:

The Sound of Music: Julie Andrews -- don't you just love Julie Andrews! The happiness and joy I feel after leaving a 'war of complete and utter boredom' can best be understood by viewing the following clip.  As always, Enjoy!

"Without work, all life goes rotten. But when work is soulless, life stifles and dies. "
Albert Camus
